Medcommerce feature adoption

To create a guide for the software platform RepeatMD customers that will enable them to increase their recurring membership sales. This medcommerce brand was looking to push a new feature they had recently integrated into their customers’ branded app.

Memberships Playbook

the objective

To explain the new feature in a simplified manner to users. In order to gain adoptions it was important to show how it works, describe the benefits of recurring memberships for their business and provide successful examples.

setting the visual tone

I adopted the established brand’s visual elements into my layout with the purpose of creating an eye-catching digital product for users to interact with. It was important to me that the sales kit be visually engaging because the subject at hand was new and should feel exciting. I made use of the brand’s vibrant floral hues and paired it with large, bold typography.

It made the most sense to begin the playbook with a deep dive into the new membership features. The first section, “How It Works,” is designed to spark ideas and possibilities for users. It highlights where to find the most useful features in the app, while visual references to key screens help build familiarity with the new experience.

feature education

demonstrated advice

After going into the details of the new feature. I collected real-life advice from the RepeatMD users. These are adaptable tips that would allow each practicioner to increase their recurring membership sales in their app. Tying the feature back to a community really helped make this a piece worth diving into.
